Watching the Olympics -- they're giving a brief rundown of some upcoming events -- and the music they're playing in the background is definitely the score from Pirates of the Carribbean. Lol...

I never can make myself watch sports on TV. The only thing I'm likely to watch in the winter olympics is the figure skating, if I happen to flip by it. *shrug*

Not usually a sports fan myself either, but I make an exception for the Olympics -- mainly figure skating and skiing (I come from a family of skiers), though other events sometimes catch my attention as well. Anyway I'm working tonight, so it's a good thing to have on in the background -- keeps me entertained, but doesn't require my full attention. ;)

I caught that and wondered. And laughed.
My husband demanded to know why they'd use that music. "There is no sword-fighting or piracy in the Winter Olympics! Everybody knows those are summer events *haughty sniff*"
